UPS was one of the largest accounts I’ve had the opportunity to work with, offering a range of exciting design challenges. The company consistently engages in dynamic campaigns and partners with high-profile events, such as The Masters and New York Fashion Week, resulting in content that is often time-sensitive rather than evergreen. This presented a unique challenge, as I had to integrate elements from various campaigns while ensuring they aligned with UPS’s brand guidelines.
Working on this account also greatly expanded my creative skill set. My responsibilities quickly evolved from designing and resizing social content and digital banners to taking on more complex tasks. I was entrusted with designing landing pages in Figma, leading illustration projects, conducting ADA compliance checks, creating OOH materials, and reviewing social designs to ensure they met platform-specific safety standards.
